I am about to Create a monk but i have no idea what to have the seconday profession at cna someone help thankyou

That always depends on what you enjoy during gameplay. When I made my monk I chose the standard mesmer sec. Since I was new I rarely had any mesmer skills on the bar anyways. My best advice is just pick whatever you want because you can change it after ascension anyways.

warrior secondary is very very good for PvE since it gives you a lot of defensive stances and you'll have sprint for running. When I first made my monk character he was a warrior secondary. Obviously the secondary choice would be different for PvP. In the end though it doesn't matter too much since you can change your secondary once you ascend. Another option is to take whatever secondary you haven't unlock any skills for. This way you will get a bunch of skills from the quests as you progress through the missions. If you have yet to make a warrior of any kind then I would definitely go with mo/war for the time being.

THat being said there are good reasons for most of the other secondary classes. Once you do decide which you'll take feel free to post your decision and I'm sure people can help you out with some skill choices.
